Return & Exchanges

A happy customer is our number one priority. We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. All items must be received in original form with all tags & liners in place. Health regulations do not permit us to accept any exchanges on worn, altered, laundered or damaged items. If Water Glamour receives such merchandise in any of the aforementioned conditions, customer will be charged $20 and the item(s) will be shipped back to them.

Please download and fill out the Water Glamour Exchange Form below. Include your order number, contact information, and indicate which item(s) you are returning and which you would like in exchange. Any package returned to Water Glamour without a completed exchange form will not be processed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will re-ship your exchanged items back to you for FREE via USPS First-Class Mail. Exchanges will be granted at the discretion of Water Glamour. Any packages received with duties or taxes pending will be automatically refused.

Damages

In the unlikely event that merchandise is defective, Water Glamour will happily replace the item at no additional charge within 30 days from delivery date as long as care instructions are followed. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will exchange the damaged item for the same item only as long as it’s unworn and unwashed. All suits are subject to inspection and approval by Water Glamour for replacement. If damages occur after 30 days, please contact Water Glamour for repair service options. 

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY PACKAGE THAT APPEARS TAMPERED OR DAMAGED. Water Glamour is not responsible for damaged contents after it leaves the warehouse and all such claims must be dealt with shipping company.

Care Instructions

Water Glamour swimwear is manufactured with the finest fabric and delicate trims that must be handled with caution and care. All suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, but they are not intended for strenuous physical activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated or salted water. Take caution in hot water temperatures as rhinestone glue may weaken and stones will be subject to falling out. All swimwear MUST be hand washed with very mild soap for delicates in cold water IMMEDIATELY after each use and laid flat to dry. Do not wring or twist.
